Chronic plantar ulcer caused by leprosy takes a long time to heal. Raj Pracha Samasai Institute setup the protocol by ulcer dressing daily following ESSO policy. The ulcer was covered by felted foam dressing. 96.9 % ulcers were cured within eight weeks. 87.5% of patients were satisfied with the treatment.
