FEBRUARY 2019 - VOL.15 | CASE REPORT

There is a high rate of missed lateral meniscus posterior root tear from pre operativemagnetics resonance image (MRI) as reported in the study of Krych AJ.1 It was foundthat there was a high frequency (67%) of tears that were missed on preoperative MRI inthis consecutive series. In our case report we present the case that missed lateral posteriormeniscus root tear from pre operative MRI in the setting concomittant with anteriorcruciate ligament (ACL) injury.
